Last 25th, the Choco Shop in Pedralbes presented the exhibition ‘Conte de Xocolata’ and ‘Texturas’, by the artist Jordi Machí. A presentation accompanied by a free tasting of chocolate products.
Jordi Machí was born in Valencia, Algemesí, but he has been trained in what is his life and his passion and has attended several art schools in Spain, Italy and Brazil. And his works have also been exhibited beyond the borders of his native country; Italy, Brussels and Lebanon are some of the corners of the world that have welcomed and exhibited his work.
The realization of storyboards for films such as the recently premiered at the International Film Week of Valladolid, “Presentimientos” by Santiago Tabernero, with Eduardo Noriega and Marta Etura, is another of the artistic facets of the Valencian, who seems to have no limits when it comes to unleashing and expressing his creativity.
In this exhibition at Pedralbes Centre will bring a series of 3D works inspired by chocolate, these are pieces made with different techniques and materials, from oil on canvas to materials such as porexpan or plastic used to achieve the 3 dimensions.
The exhibition will be available and can be enjoyed until November 16.
