With the adaptation to pandemic restrictions and in a space outside the venue, the free festival for children in Montjuïc of the Fira de Barcelona is back.
Approximately 6,000 square meters are available for recreational activities.
From December 27th, La Ciutat de la Diversió, the festival for the little ones, is reborn. It will be open until December 31 between 10 am and 6 pm.
The perfect audience to enjoy this space is children between the ages of 5 and 12.
They will have different alternatives to choose from: having fun, learning, playing sports, participating in mobility circuits or developing creativity.
The free festival for children at Montjuïc
The activities are grouped into four areas: mobility space, multisport space, cultural space and play space.
Mobility and Multisport
It includes a variety of sports: basketball, tennis, field hockey, soccer, handball, rugby. More than 2,000 square meters to enjoy.
As for the mobility space, you will find roller skating circuits and tracks, a skateboard and scooter track, a pump track for bicycles and a hover kart track.
Culture and sustainability
The festival has a cultural space where creativity will be the protagonist. There will even be a stage with shows and different circus workshops.
In the games area, the focus will be on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), recycling and notions of circular economy.
There will also be juggling games, races, workshops and quizzes.
