“The best design of the year” is the exhibition that from June 3 to August 28, 2022, will be open to the public at Disseny Hub Barcelona. The exhibition brings together outstanding proposals in industrial, graphic, interior design and architecture of the last year.
The exhibition is organized by the FAD associations. The purpose of this event is to show the new proposals of the last year and their contributions to the sector.
You will be able to see curious, original and high quality designs. All the proposals have already been awarded in different prizes in the disciplines of:
- Visual communication
- Graphic design
- Industrial design
- Design culture
- Architecture and interior design

The exhibition is organized around three thematic paths: beauty, sustainability and inclusivity. Principles aligned with the New European Bauhaus.
In another room of the campus is one focused on technological innovation. In fact, this year it includes a proposal to attend as a family through a pedagogical game aimed at children between 6 and 11 years old.
The objective is for children to discover in a fun way what a good design is and what are the values that characterize it. How it is done, where it comes from and how it is applied in the environment.
