The secret of bread
The pa de pagès, in catalan (peasant bread, also known as village bread or rustic bread), is a typical bread of the Catalan gastronomy, Balearic Islands and the Valencian Community.
Pa de Pagès Català, prepared at Forn del Passeig, is made with sourdough and very unique raw materials that differentiate it from supermarket bread, gas station bread or local store bread.
It is not a product of technology or machinery, but of a differential element that is the hands of the kneader and the best artisan technique. That is why it is the best bread in the world.
