The “Cybernetic Dalí” is the first exhibition that premiered at IDEAL Barcelona and is the first collective metaverse in history.
It is an immersive retrospective that immerses viewers in the mind, creation and works of the Catalan artist. And tickets are still available until mid-December.
Salvador Dalí is the integration of pleasures that cannot go unnoticed: passion, beauty, freedom and creativity in its maximum expression.
He has been considered one of the most internationally successful Catalan artists as a representative of the surrealist movement.
About Cyber Dali
IDEAL Barcelona exhibits his work, which is considered the first collective metaverse in history. The immersive exhibition offers attendees a sidereal journey through the master’s reasoning and ideas.
It is such a real experience that allows visitors to discover how the genius of his work was the result of his ambitious, open, scientific and provocative thinking.
The exhibition presents the public with large-format projections, along with interactive installations, virtual reality, holograms and artificial intelligence. The novelty is that beyond the projections, the exhibition will allow the public to enter a collective metaverse.
What does it consist of? It is a virtual reality experience with total freedom of movement for fifteen minutes. These are minutes of full Dalinian fantasy with access to the surreal, surprising and dreamlike world of the master.
It works in a simple way: each attendee will have a digital avatar through which he or she can physically walk around and tour the virtual space.
In this scenario you will be able to meet all the visitors present in real time, interact with them and live the experience individually and collectively.
In Dalí’s metaverse visitors will find the most representative works of the Catalan master where they will come to life through the four Dalinian environments: the sky, the sea, the void and the desert.
And it is no coincidence that there is such a technological display in this exhibition. The truth is that Dalí is considered the first digital artist in history for having pioneered the use of digital resources for his works.
