If we talk about Barcelona, we must inevitably talk about Antoni Gaudí. And visiting Barcelona requires a walk that helps to discover the mark that the Catalan architect has left on the city.
The Gaudí BCN app can become a very practical and convenient tool to get to know Gaudí’s work in Barcelona…
This is an official guide to the main buildings designed by Antoni Gaudí in Barcelona.
A list of eleven buildings, five of which have been declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO, including Park Güell, the Sagrada Familia, Casa Milà, and Casa Batllò.
The Gaudí BCN application has more than an hour of audio that allows you to visit at the pace and in the order you want, as each chapter belongs to an emblematic building. It is a very entertaining audio-guide in which the narrator is continuously supported by music and sound effects that make the experience interesting and fun at the same time. In addition, the app includes more than 200 images of the places to visit and also offers updated practical information that specifies accesses, schedules, etc.
Through geolocation, users can locate themselves on the map at any time, see their position with respect to buildings, etc.
And another great advantage of this application is that it does not require an Internet connection to work.
Perhaps the only ‘but’ we have found is that the audio-guide is only available for iOS devices (iPhone and iPod). At the moment it is not available for devices using Android as operating system.
