The traditional and renowned Hofmann pastry shop, created in 2008, was awarded as the Best Pastry Shop in Catalonia.
The title has been awarded by the Pastry Guilds of Barcelona and Girona, thanks to the sweet and creative proposal in each season. The award will be presented on June 12 at the Pastry 2022 Gala.
Silvia Hofmann, director of the Hofmann Group, said that this award is an honor that every pastry chef would like to receive because of the great sacrifice that this profession demands.
He affirms that “it is a real honor and even more so because it is awarded by colleagues in the sector”.

Silvia Hofmann is the heiress of the bakery and thanks her team led by Miquel Guarro, one of the best chocolatiers in the world, and 25 pastry chefs who are true artists.
