Vocational training centre
The new centre is part of the Xarxa Be-Pro digital, which is responsible for integrating the seven public centres that offer training in communications and computing in Spain.
This network is one of the most important European digital training centres, with training recognised throughout Europe.
The Institute will offer vocational training in digital qualifications, which until now have been offered at the Balmes Institute and the Joan d’Àustria Institute.
It is envisaged that, in the future, technological baccalaureate courses related to the vocational baccalaureate will be offered.
In addition to the vocational training offer, it will be complemented with occupational training and specialisation courses, in accordance with the model of a centre that integrates all teaching.
It is one of the most important and highly recognised European digital training centres on the continent.
This is good news for those aspiring to train in the digital world and acquire competencies and skills to perform in a labour market with greater demand for this type of profile.
