It is not a school restaurant, it is a first real job opportunity for young people of different nationalities who had been isolated by the system. Now, thanks to El Llindar, they have managed to train as cooks and are working full time.
The working group
Fourteen cooks and waiters work at La Pau. They are not students, but employees committed to your brand. In fact, they signed an employment contract with El Llindar Fem Feina, an insertion company dependent on the foundation.
Begonya Gasch, founder and CEO of El Llindar, said she was very excited to be able to present this promising project to society, which offers these young people quality employment and a better quality of life.
