Between September 10 and 11 Lefties celebrates the opening of its first digital store in Barcelona. And to celebrate the birth of its first store of the future, a live music festival is being held during these two days.
Lefties Digital Store will feature live performances by Twin Melody, Pol Granch, Marc Seguí, Paula Cendejas or the American Mariah Angeliq. The new store is located in the Diagonal Mar shopping center in Barcelona and has 80 employees.
It is a new store with 1,900 m² of floor space, which is distributed on one floor that incorporates a new concept of a unique store with the latest technological innovations worldwide.
It should also be noted that the music festival is a free event (#leftiesweekendfestival).
The new Lefties digital store
There you can find the latest technological innovations and live the experience of making a fully digitized purchase. This process is called “Easy Pay”, an innovative and pioneering payment method in the world.
This system scans the items chosen by customers, who can conveniently pay for them by credit card, cash or cell phone.
Both the pick-up and return points for online purchases are fully automatic.
They offer a garment customization service, so they can order embroidery, patches and messages that can be added in the store once you choose the garment.
With this, they offer you a personalized service, to the point where, according to your needs, they can offer you unique pieces.
They also have an intelligent shift system in the fitting rooms. And es able to automatically manage access, without customers having to queue, as it receives a notification that there is a free fitting room.
In addition, they have a place to deposit the garments that will not be purchased and their return is done through autonomous belts.
The store has a cafeteria area, water fountains for pets, as well as arcade machines for a different and innovative shopping experience.
On the other hand, it has a separate returns counter to return purchases made in the physical store, as well as themed areas with the different collections offered.
Lefties in other cities
The opening of the new Digital Store is the beginning of the opening of future stores of the fashion brand in other parts of the country during the last quarter of 2022.
The stores will be present in the most important cities in Spain. Y cith the new stores, the brand’s goal is to overtake Shein and Primark to become a national leader in the sector.
