Europe’s first augmented reality park will open in Barcelona next summer. It is “Metapark”, a 300-hectare estate located one hour from the city in the natural area of the Montnegre i el Corredor Park.
In this new theme park you will be able to enjoy wild animals recreated in a hyper-realistic way, the best Augmented Reality experiences.
Its inaugural proposal will be biodiversity and wildlife, called “Metapark Zoo”, although other themes will be implemented over time.
The Augmented Reality technology was developed by a team of 3D designers from “Metaofix”. It is a consulting agency in the introduction to Metavers and with great experience in animation through the same techniques used in the big Hollywood productions.

You will be able to interact with animals from all continents through the use of Augmented Reality glasses.
This technology will allow you to have a very real and vivid feeling, showing you the animals as if they were there with you.
The theme park was created to promote knowledge of wildlife; as a means to protect biodiversity and as an ethical alternative to the captivity of animals.
With its opening, “Metapark” will offer its visitors hour and a half long “tours” in the Metapark Zoo, where you will be able to enter the natural world.
Later on, the park will offer other experiences. One of them will be with dinosaurs.
