Since months ago, Easyjet announced the start of six new routes between several Spanish cities and Lisbon for the winter season. One of them between Barcelona and Lisbon.
With winter just around the corner, the airline has already started connecting these two cities with fares starting at 20 €. It currently operates one daily route between the capital of Catalonia and the capital of Portugal.
EasyJet between Barcelona and Lisbon
It is expected that for next January 6 and in the middle of winter, a good gift of kings is to be able to travel at low cost between Barcelona and Lisbon for 20 euros, particularly on that day. However, this fare will also be offered on other days, especially for weekday flights. In fact, you can buy tickets now.

Other routes with Spain
In addition to the Barcelona route, EasyJet has also offered its passengers connections between Lisbon with Las Palmas and Tenerife South, Bilbao, Valencia and Fuerteventura. It will connect these cities with the capital of Portugal twice a week. Operations began between October 31 and November 2.
Regarding the route from the Catalan capital, the airline confirmed that during the winter season on this route, it will offer 40,000 additional seats to users.
To meet demand on routes throughout Spain, Easyjet estimates that it will add around 200,000 more seats to these routes between some Spanish cities and Portugal.
Another route to be strengthened by the airline is the existing route between Madrid and Lisbon. On this trip, the company will add around 50,000 additional seats, bringing the total capacity on the connection between the two capitals to more than 155,000 seats.
In addition, he estimates that the company will increase the weekly frequency of the route from 15 to 20 flights per week.
The increase in winter seats implied for Easyjet a 146% increase in the airline’s projected capacity for winter 2022-2023.
