From May 20, 2022, the new Torre Glòries observation deck opens its doors to the public. It is a space that will offer 360º views of Barcelona and is located 125 meters above sea level.
The Glòries Tower, formerly known as the Agbar Tower, is an architectural icon of Barcelona. It is a monumental construction that can be seen from any point of the city and serves as a location guide in Barcelona.
The new viewpoint of the Glòries Tower Mirador
The viewpoint is divided into several spaces, in order to offer the public an experience that allows them to delve deeper into the city.
It will also be possible to visit the Hipermirador Barcelona, to appreciate the city as a living organism in constant change and transformation thanks to art, technology, scientific dissemination and “big data”.
On the 30th floor, you can have the most beautiful and unforgettable views of the city and enjoy the work of contemporary artist Tomás Saraceno.
It is a work of art suspended in the dome that invites us to reflect on cities and the interconnection that exists between the components of the urban ecosystem.
From Wednesday, April 27th, tickets for the Mirador Torre Glòries were opened for sale. Value: 15 euros. Visits with audio guide in 6 languages (Spanish, Catalan, English, French, German, Italian and French).
The tower is also intended to become a cultural space. In addition to being a viewpoint, it wants to consolidate itself as an innovative proposal that integrates art, science and technology.
