The Polish low-price chain, Pepco, is consolidating its position as a favorite among Spanish consumers. With three stores already in Barcelona and 175 nationwide, Pepco has opened its fourth store in the Arenas shopping center in Barcelona, further expanding its presence in the city.
Pepco stores are known for their wide assortment of home furnishings, décor, apparel and accessories, all at extremely affordable prices. The store offers a unique shopping experience, as virtually nothing is more than 20 euros.
The new location in the Arenas de Barcelona shopping center occupies a spacious 400-square-meter space on the first floor.
In this space, shoppers can find a varied selection of products ranging from clothing to educational and home décor items, and even food products.
Wide variety of products
What makes Pepco stand out in the marketplace is its commitment to year-round low prices. With items ranging from 2 to 20 euros, shoppers can enjoy the thrill of finding bargains at all times.
Need new underwear? Pepco has options from 2 euros. Comfortable pajamas? They have it at 11 euros. A cozy robe for cold nights? You can get one for only 12 euros. T-shirts, sweatpants, sweatshirts and other fashion items are available at surprisingly low prices.
In addition to clothing and accessories, Pepco also offers home products, some of which compete directly with those offered by Ikea, but at even more attractive prices.
Nordic-style designer furniture and tables, decorative items and kitchen utensils are just a few examples of the wide variety of products that can be found in Pepco stores.
Polish low-price chain Pepco, in constant expansion
The opening of the store in the Arenas shopping center in Barcelona is part of Pepco’s expansion strategy in Spain.
The company, which announced last spring its intention to have 200 stores in Spain and Portugal by the end of 2023, continues to make progress towards this goal. This new store adds to the growing network of stores already operating throughout the country.
Pepco, born in Poland in 2004, has become one of the leading low-price chains in Europe, operating in 18 markets with more than 2,500 stores in total. The company is part of the Pepco Group, along with Poundland and Dealz, and is part of the Steinhoff holding company, which also owns Conforama.
Pepco’s expansion in Spain is a sign of its commitment to the Spanish market and its confidence in the continued growth of its customer base in the country.
