This new restaurant in Barcelona’s Eixample offers you the perfect plan: try delicious rice dishes and grilled fish.
This is the gastronomic proposal of the restaurant “Perfecto”, which was open to the public before the health emergency began. But it really came into full operation from the end of 2020 on Carrer de la Diputació, 239, between Balmes and Rambla de Catalunya (where Mextizo used to be).

You will find different types of rice with squid, oxtail, black cod, vegetables, among other varieties. Also grilled fish or tasteful dishes with seasonal ingredients.

The ingredients most commonly used in the preparation of the dishes are already very familiar to the people of Barcelona. Tasty and simple ingredients that evoke traditional flavors with a touch of novelty and delight typical of the restaurant.
The name “Perfecto” did not arise from a lack of modesty, but was inherited from a restaurant that the owner opened in Miami several years ago.
The menu is very midday with an average price of 28 euros. Includes main course, bread with tomato, dessert and beverages. Obviously the stars of the house are the rice of your choice and the grilled fish.

- Bikinis like the truffled one with Conté cheese and Joselito bacon. There is also sobrasada with honey and mahón.
- Free-range chicken, cheeks and bechamel sauce or an exquisite cannelloni with Iberian jowl. Or better a brioche of oxtail dressed with mustard.
- A variety of rice dishes, hamburgers and a spectacular boneless ribs.
- For dessert a bollicao with homemade chocolate is an unforgettable and truly perfect treat.
- You can also order beef tenderloin steak tartar.
- A crispy cod with sanfaina and black garlic mousseline is another option.
- Braised partridge with beluga lentils and foie are also part of the menu.
- The tripe with black sausage is excellent.
