The Santa Eulalia Festival is one of the most important winter festivities in Barcelona. And this year 2014 the celebration will take place on February 7, 8, 9 and 12.
The celebrations are held in honor of the patron saint of Barcelona, Santa Eulalia. And the parties are family parties, focused on family enjoyment through various activities, most of them designed for the youngest members of the family.
And among all the activities scheduled and that can be enjoyed during these days, without any doubt, the most outstanding is the mapping that can be seen on the facade of the City Council of Barcelona.
These are the dates and times when you can enjoy it:
- Friday, 7th: 7:15 pm, 8:15 pm, 9:00 pm, 9:45 pm and 10:30 pm.
- Saturday, day 8: 6:30 p.m., 8:00 p.m., 8:45 p.m., 9:30 p.m., and 10:15 p.m.
- Sunday, day 9: 19:45 h and 20:30 h.
But there are many more plans that you can organize during these days… For example, a visit to the museums, because on the occasion of the festivities of Santa Eulalia, many museums in the city offer open days.
And, the Santa Eulalia Festival would not be the same without its mythical and always awaited Correfocs. And as always, there will be one for the little ones to enjoy and another for the adults. These are the days and times:
- The Correfoc dels Petits Diables is the one that takes place for the little ones.
It will be Sunday at 19:00 h.

It will also be on Sunday 9 at 20:15 h.
