Our last post of the year is dedicated to a fantastic project that combines leisure, family and gastronomy.
The real protagonists of this initiative are the youngest members of the household. The project has been designed so that families with children can enjoy gastronomy in a pleasant and enjoyable way for the whole family, including the youngest ones. The aim is to make the children feel comfortable and allow them to engage in playful, motivating activities that keep them entertained while their parents are waiting for lunch. This way, the little ones would see going out to lunch or dinner at the restaurant as a much more interesting and fun activity, while the parents and the rest of the family can also enjoy it without worries and in a comfortable way.
An innovative initiative born from the Barcelona Restaurant Guild, which has set out to turn family moments in the restaurant into a unique experience for the whole family. And to start this new idea of enjoying good food in the restaurants of our city, the Restaurant Guild of Barcelona, has made a preselection in which they have conducted a pilot test in a restaurant… And the chosen establishment has been specifically Comunitat 33, which belongs to the Xàtiva restaurant group.
The test took place last December 13 and this was the result:
At the moment Comunitat 33 is the only restaurant chosen and qualified to carry out and develop this initiative in Barcelona. However, we hope that the number of restaurants with these characteristics will increase, allowing more facilities and comfort for families who like to enjoy gastronomy with all their members, including the youngest members of the household.
We can’t think of a better way to close this fantastic 2014 than with those little faces full of light and illusion.
