This burger contains 180 grams of old beef aged between 45 and 50 days, portobello sauce with demi-glace reduction, provolone cheese. Wood smoked cured bacon, parmesan cheese and fresh chives and onion compote with chipotle chili and Cacique rum.

Third place goes to Festín, located in Portal Nou in Barcelona and its winning burger is the “Doncella 2.0”.
This burger features artisan potato bun, double smash burger 180 grams of beef blend, Cheddar cheese, Jack Monterey cheese, fresh onions, marinated bacon, house pickled gherkins, homemade ketchup and homemade mustard.
