Barcelona’s Port Olímpic dresses up to celebrate Christmas with a special program that promises to surprise young and old alike. From December 5 to January 5, this emblematic space hosts a wide range of family activities, giant luminous figures and even the expected visit of the Three Wise Men.

Family activities inspired by the seaThe Moll de Mestral becomes the epicenter of fun with free workshops of drawing, painting, storytelling and construction games. There are also activities related to the sea in collaboration with the Municipal Sailing Center, the Catalan Sailing Federation and the Club Patí Vela Barcelona. In addition, entities such as the Barcelona Zoo and the Institute of Marine Sciences promote informative proposals to connect visitors with the marine environment.
Tibidabo celebrates the magic of Christmas with great new features
During December, activities are available Monday through Friday from 15:00 to 21:00 and on weekends and holidays from 11:00 to 21:00. From December 20, the hours are extended to every day from 11:00 to 21:00. For the little ones, there is a play area with inflatables and trampolines, as well as a corner where they can enjoy a delicious cup of hot chocolate.
The actual arrival at Port Olímpic
One of the most awaited moments will be the landing of the Three Wise Men on January 5 in the afternoon. Melchior, Gaspar and Balthazar will arrive by boat at the Moll de Mestral before starting the parades through the district of Sant Martí. During their passage through the port, they will collect letters from the children, who will be able to deliver them directly to the royal pages in the tent set up for this purpose. The delivery of letters will be available during the weekends of December and daily from December 26 until the eve of Epiphany.
Lights and a Christmas train to tour the harbor
The Port Olímpic will shine even brighter this holiday season thanks to four-meter-high luminous figures that will decorate the Moll de Mestral and the Moll de Gregal. These LED structures, in addition to decorate, create a magical atmosphere that invites you to stroll and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere.

As if that were not enough, an electric Christmas train will travel around the port with strategic stops at the Moll de Mestral, the Moll de Gregal and the Dic de Recer. This train not only connects visitors with the different points of the port, but also brings them to the Gastronomic Balcony, a recently opened space that offers a varied culinary offer, and to the viewpoint of the Dic de Recer, from where you can see Barcelona in all its splendor. The train will be in operation on December 23, 24, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31, as well as from January 2 to 4, from 10:30 to 13:30 and from 16:30 to 20:30.
