With a new store model in Barcelona, the renowned Catalan brand of jewelry and accessories Tous, opens a new boutique in Rambla.
And it is a different concept where the customer experience is paramount.
For this reason, the establishment now has a small workshop where an artisan jeweler offers his advisory services in the care of the jewelry, as well as in making adjustments and customizations.
The new boutique is the 66th on Rambla Catalunya, but the third to offer a new concept to its customers.
To this end, the new store incorporated its new brand image and innovative services such as Tous Craft & Care for maintenance, customization and adjustments to the jewelry.
Tous opens a new boutique in Rambla
The new boutique is an example of a new commitment of the brand, which until now had only implemented both in Madrid (number 50 of Serrano street) and in the Magic Badalona shopping center.
Tous’ goal is to progressively transform all its stores towards this new concept based on customer experience.
However, what is happening very quickly is the implementation of the new logo of the firm, which is already in eleven of the thirteen jewelry stores located in Barcelona.
The new logo is black and striking to be more visible.
The opening of the new store marks the return of Tous to Rambla Catalunya, as this location previously housed a Mango Kids store.
The space on Rambla Catalunya is perfect to meet the brand’s objective: to encourage customer autonomy and offer a different way of interacting with the product.
In fact, the strategy is based on the fact that the shopping experience is one of the key points in the evolution of the brand. Through this experience, it is perfectly conveyed that accessories and jewelry are allies of creativity and self-expression of customers.
The best example of this is the jovero artisan’s workshop, which is visible to all customers in the boutique.
A small and cozy workshop where visitors can count on the best advice in the care of jewelry. Tous Craft & Care is also available at the boutique on Passeig de Gràcia.
Tous innovates in concept and decoration
But the changes are not only in care. The new Tous boutique concept includes LED lighting and an architectural model designed to create an immersive experience.
All to celebrate the brand’s first centenary.
