Live music, tapas and a variety of flowers and joy is what you can experience and enjoy in Tracatrá, the restaurant with more rumba essence in Barcelona.
A lot of party and joy is what you can experience in the new Carpe Diem restaurant located in the center of Barcelona.
The restaurant and leisure group adds another spectacular restaurant to its list in addition to Ikibana and Velissima, among others.
Tracatrá: rumba restaurant
As you enter the store, you pass a flower shop filled with roses in the neon queen, a space that is a must-see photo stop.
Flowers are the protagonists. But when you enter, the leading role is taken by the music that can be heard from the outside and encourages you to spend a truly magical night.
The rhythm completely catches your attention and to complete in the center of the place, you can see a cajon, a guitar and the dancers. And this is where the magic of the restaurant shines through.
Everything is focused on flamenco shows and Catalan rumba fused with rock and salsa, a reminder of the master Peret.
Best of all, it’s not the restaurant’s only attraction. It is followed by chef David Barba’s culinary proposal that enchants thanks to the open kitchen visible from the bar.
And the protagonists of the place continue. Now it is the turn of the Tracatrá menu, which is diverse and extensive.
Delicacies such as a 5 jotas ham cut on the spot or a Galician octopus with confit potatoes, not to mention the meat and seafood offer.
The star dish is the bomba with oxtail, although the veal mellow is not far behind.
As for desserts, you must try the cheesecake, spectacular!
The tasty party at Tracatrá
You won’t want to leave, especially if it’s a Saturday night out, although it’s also an excellent setting for intimacy and tranquility. Perfect for a romantic dinner with your partner during the week or a weekend party with friends.
