The April Fair of Catalonia celebrates its 50th edition this year and does so with novelties. This year, the fair will be extended by one more day, so it will last 11 days in total.
The celebration is organized by FECAC, Federation of Andalusian Cultural Entities in Catalonia. It will be held from April 21 to May 1, 2023 right in the Parc del Fòrum in Barcelona and Sant Adrià del Besós.
The fair will occupy an area of 87,000 m2 divided into three areas: The Real, the small auditorium and the attractions.
The Real is where there are a hundred booths of different entities, catering areas and commercial spaces, occupying an area of 54,500 m2.
The attractions will be located on the Marine Zoo Platform of the Parc del Fòrum site and will occupy 29,500 m2, where there will be 125 attractions for all kinds of audiences.
The small auditorium, with an area of 3,000 m2, will connect El Real and the Zoo Marino Platform.

This year more entities associated with the fair have been added, including booths of dance schools and “rocieras” halls, as well as a “haima” of the Ibn Batuta Foundation.
In addition, FECAC has launched a commemorative book of the fair, which covers the history of the celebration from its beginnings in 1974 to the present day.
The book will be presented at the fair and can be purchased at the different points of sale.
