What happened to the Port Vell Imax?

Now the Imax in Barcelona can only be used for recreational purposes. However, the final decision is in the hands of the City Council and the Port of Barcelona, which has the concession for the building until March 2024.
In early 2022 the Liceu announced that it will open a second venue on the site vacated by the Imax in the Port Vell.
