If people move on foot, they can reach the area where the old discotheques were located. Vehicles will have direct access to the B:SM parking lot, which will also be renovated.
When the work is completed, this new work will be the main access to the Olympic Port.
In this order of ideas, it is estimated that by the fall of 2023 it will be possible to remove the current access ramp to the parking lot located at the end of Marina Street. Hand in hand with this new access, it is expected that with the end of the summer towards the month of September, the old discotheques will be converted into spaces destined to the blue economy.
There are a group of startups and entrepreneurs located in 23 premises in a usable area of 2,600 square meters. It is estimated that approximately 250 jobs will be generated.
Finally, the area will also have an auditorium with capacity for 150 people.
