Barcelona becomes the epicenter of sustainable fashion with the opening of a one-of-a-kind ephemeral store. The renowned Spanish brand Ecoalf has opened an innovative space at number 27 Passeig de Gràcia, where sustainability and environmental awareness are the protagonists.
In this new store, which covers more than 600 square meters, coats made from recycled bottles have become the main attraction, generating a significant impact on social networks.
Ecoalf: innovation and environmental commitment
Ecoalf’s initiative represents a bold step towards a more sustainable future in the fashion industry.
With an established track record in creating garments from recycled materials, the brand has decided to further enhance its environmental commitment by incorporating coats made from recycled bottles.
The Ephemeral Store, strategically located on Passeig de Gràcia, is not only a place to purchase conscious fashion garments, but also an experiential space that seeks to raise awareness among visitors about the importance of sustainability and respect for the environment.
Tribute to the Ecoalf Foundation
One of the highlights of the store is a tribute to the Ecoalf Foundation, an entity that pays tribute to more than 4,200 fishermen who have participated in the “Upcycling The Oceans” project.
Since 2015, these fishermen have collected more than 1,500 tons of marine debris, contributing significantly to ocean conservation.
In an area dedicated to this project, visitors can explore and learn more about the foundation’s work. In addition, there is a sculpture in the shape of the giant letter ‘B’ where visitors can leave messages and sign as part of the ‘Because There Is No Planet B’ movement.
The Ecoalf 1.0 Collection: innovation and quality
The store not only offers coats made from recycled bottles, but also features the Ecoalf 1.0 sustainable premium line. This collection incorporates the latest innovations in high quality recycled fabrics, providing fashion choices that fuse style and environmental awareness.
Ecoalf goes beyond urban and casual fashion by introducing a section dedicated to sports and wellness.
This line not only focuses on performance, but also stands out for its commitment to sustainability and the development of products with cruelty-free materials, thus caring for the body, the skin and the planet.
Ecoalf has created a unique atmosphere at number 27 Passeig de Gràcia. The tent, wrapped in petrified concrete fabric, invites visitors to explore and reflect on the need to protect the planet’s natural resources.
Every corner of this experiential space is designed to inspire a sustainable lifestyle and generate awareness about the importance of our daily choices.
