A new mixed reality experience, where interactive holograms are combined with Gaudí’s architecture, will begin on July 7, 2022 at La Pedrera. It is the exhibition “Pedrera Magical Vision”.

The exhibition will take place in one of the most emblematic historical spaces of the city, La Pedrera-Casa Milà.

The proposal is unique and innovative and is the best way to approach with technology to the wonderful universe of the Catalan architect.
Enjoying this wonderful exhibition is possible thanks to the autonomous glasses created by Microsoft HoloLens 2, which allow the creation of spaces that combine the real world with the virtual world through holograms.
And all thanks to the fact that the device recognizes the environment and the movement of the hands, facilitating the user’s interaction with the 3D elements. In addition, the glasses are less invasive.
The project was developed by La Fundació Catalunya La Pedrera and Laie – Culture Experience, with the aim of making attendees perceive Gaudí’s art and the construction process of his works in a different way.
The exhibition will include a visit to the mezzanine of La Pedrera, a floor of the building that cannot be visited on the usual itinerary.
