The JonCake Story.

Jon García, the man behind JonCake, decided one day to leave aeronautical engineering for cooking. He trained at the Bellart school (Barcelona) and from there he went on to collaborate in restaurants such as El Celler de Can Roca (Girona), La Tasquería (Madrid) and Lera (Zamora). At that point, the now chef and pastry chef decided to embark on this adventure while experimenting with the recipe for Basque cheesecake and cheesecake during the months of confinement.
