SUMO celebrates in Barcelona its ninth anniversary in the country, giving away 100 trays of sushi to the first 100 customers.
And they are the first hundred to arrive at the Glòries location in Barcelona and its 9 locations in Madrid. The date of the gift will be November 23, 2022, starting at 8:00 pm.
If you’re alert you can enjoy the sushi shower for free. The important thing is that you make it to one of the venues to enjoy fresh rice with a good cut of raw fish. It is one of the best dishes to delight your palate.
SUMO is an open buffet restaurant specializing in Japanese food.
Please note that trays will be delivered on a first-come, first-served basis and while supplies last.
The delicious trays contain: 2 salmon makis; 4 of their famous mango makis; 4 fried onion makis; 2 avocado makis; 4 fried makis and nigiri of salmon, tuna, shrimp and butterfish.
SUMO in Barcelona
SUMO’s first restaurant in Barcelona was opened at the end of 2021 in the Westfield Glòries Shopping Center in the heart of Avenida Diagonal (Avenida Diagonal 208), one of the most central areas of Barcelona.
It is a place of more than 450 m² with the best Asian buffet. It was born after the success of the Japanese buffet menu concept in Madrid.
The restaurant offers its diners an innovative design in the midst of a Japanese atmosphere where every detail is taken into account: structure, wooden arches, lights, sofas, paintings. It is a wonderful experience.
Celebration by giving away 100 sushi trays
The restaurant in Barcelona has been gaining recognition thanks to its famous Buffet Menu. It works very simply:
- It is a menu that can have up to 85 dishes and the best thing is that you can repeat as many times as you want.
- When you arrive at the restaurant you can choose Buffet Menu from your cell phone or tablet at your table. If you go to one of the points where there is no tablet available, you can place your order from your mobile device through the QR that any of the waiters provide you with.
- Each diner must order individually.
- You can order unlimited and each round maximum of 3 dishes. Drinks and dessert are not included in the menu.
- You can also add special dishes that are outside the menu numbering (01 to 75/85).
A very special recommendation is that even if you see so many options on the menu that you want everything, it is best to order only what you are going to eat.
The reason, in addition to sustainability and awareness, is that unconsumed dishes imply a penalty of 3.00€.
The restaurant offers a Buffet Menu at noon and in the evening.
