1. The Prat Vermell Marina

2. Ciutat Meridiana
In this second-ranked neighborhood, the average rental price of a home in 2021 was €519, below the city average. A home in this area can have an average of 70 square meters and for purchase can be in the 119,000 euros.
3. Torre Baró
This area has an average monthly rent of 525.8 euros and is one of the cheapest for home purchase which can reach 133,000 euros.
4. Baró de Viver
Fourth place goes to this area whose monthly rental price for an apartment is 526.7 euros. The apartments located there have an average floor area of 86 square meters.
5. Trinitat Vella
Neighborhood located in the district of Sant Andreu, the fifth cheapest to rent an apartment. The average monthly cost is 601.5 euros.
